Content and reporting policy

Permissions for reseller content and how to report copyright or other content concerns.

Effective 6 October 2026Version 1.0

Resellers choose and submit the content and links shown on their clients' customer pages. They must have authority from the business and the necessary rights and permissions for public use. This policy provides a reporting route; it does not promise immunity from liability or certify eligibility for any statutory hosting protection.

1. Uploads and links

Upload only content you own or are permitted to use for this commercial service. This includes logos, banners, photographs, text and other images. Obtain any necessary trademark permissions and permissions concerning identifiable people or private information. Check links, review destinations and public contact details with the business before publishing. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate another business or share staff, router-admin or other private operational credentials.

The reseller is responsible for its client relationship and permission checks. SmartTap Flow may host, reproduce, resize and cache submitted content as needed to provide, secure and support the configured service. This permission does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated advertising reuse.

2. Report a concern

Email smarttapflow@gmail.com with the subject “Content report”. Include the customer page or image URL, the material concerned, the rights or other concern involved, an explanation and any relevant supporting evidence. Tell us your name, contact details and whether you are the rights holder, an authorised representative or another affected person. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

For copyright reports, identify the original work and explain why the reported use is unauthorised. For other concerns, explain the issue, such as trademark misuse, impersonation or publication of private information. Submit accurate information in good faith.

3. How we respond

We assess reports and may request clarification or evidence. Where appropriate, we remove or disable access to content, notify the reseller and give them an opportunity to respond or supply permission evidence. Urgent safety or legal concerns may require action before notice. We retain proportionate records of the report and our decision, subject to applicable retention and privacy obligations.

Removing a Portal setting alone does not erase previously downloaded, cached or third-party copies. We assess published images and cached delivery as part of handling a report and use available provider controls where necessary. We do not promise a universal removal time or restoration solely because a reseller disputes a report.

4. Repeated infringement and review

Repeated infringement or material misuse may lead to restrictions or suspension of affected cards, clients or accounts, including account termination where appropriate. We consider relevant evidence and do not treat every unsupported allegation as established infringement. To challenge a decision, reply to the reporting correspondence or email smarttapflow@gmail.com with the reference and supporting evidence.

This is a general content-reporting procedure. It is not a representation that SmartTap Flow has registered a US DMCA designated agent or qualified for a particular safe harbour. Applicable law and legally required procedures take precedence.
